What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration;
- Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law;
- Proficiency in payroll processing and HR administration;
- Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Bonus Points If You:
- Are familiar with payroll systems and automation tools (Google technologies, Excel, Access).
- Have experience in handling HR administrative responsibilities.

- Manage the payroll process, compensation & benefits, and administrative tasks.
- Handling HR administrative responsibilities. Implement and execute ︁︀︈︈︈︈︁︉︂HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Bridge employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and more.
- Contribute to the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop strategies to foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
- Knowledge of performance appraisal system that drives excellence.
- Prepare reports for upper management and other departments.
