What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Accountancy or Finance;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration;
  • Strong knowledge of Romanian Labour Law;
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and HR administration;
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).


Bonus Points If You:

  • Are familiar with payroll systems and automation tools (Google technologies, Excel, Access).
  • Have experience in handling HR administrative responsibilities.

  • Manage the payroll process, compensation & benefits, and administrative tasks.
  • Handling HR administrative responsibilities. Implement and execute ︁︀​︈︈​︈︈​︁︉︂HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Bridge employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and more.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop strategies to foster employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
  • Knowledge of performance appraisal system that drives excellence.
  • Prepare reports for upper management and other departments.
